Answer: The original registration program for IDC was designed around the 7 digit UK postcode. Although this issue has now been addressed, some available versions of the software still require a minimum number of digits in the post code field. If you are encountering this problem, and your postcode carries less than 7 digits (as in most European countries), simply insert a # sign for the missing digit. |
