You should provide the following information, and then contact IDC support by emailing digital@imray.com:
- Make a detailed note of what you were doing leading up to when the problem occurred.
- Make notes of any error messages displayed at the time of the fault.
- Create a system information file of your system, to do this follow the guidelines below for the version of windows you have installed:
--- Windows XP ---
- Click "Start"; select "Run.
- In the box type "msinfo32".
- Click "File" -> "Save".
- In the "Save As Type", combo box select "System Information File (*.NFO)".
- Enter a file name and save the file to your desktop.
- Select "File" -> "Export".
- Enter a file name and save the file to your desktop.
